Eels Rendang Recipe

Tips seasoning
How to cook rendang recipe eel

ingredients:

  • 200 g potatoes, steamed, diced
  • 250 g eel, cut into 3 cm pieces
  • 3/4 bks (34 g) Indofood Rendang Spices
  • 200 ml of water
  • 3 lbr lettuce, cut into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons canned sweet corn
  • 1 tbsp oil for sauteing
  • Oil for frying
Rendang Sauce Ingredients:
  • 1/4 bks (11 g) Indofood Rendang Spices
  • 75 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 60 g pineapple, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to make :
  1. Sauce: Mix Seasoning Indofood Rendang, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, pineapple and pepper. Stir well. Set aside.
  2. Indofood Rendang Spices minyak.Tumis Heat until fragrant. Enter the eel. Stir well. Pour the water. Cook until absorbed.
  3. Heat the oil. Eel fry until dry. Drain.
  4. Arrange on a plate, potatoes, lettuce, sweet corn, and fried eel. Pour sauce rendang.
For 3 servings.
