Ingredients:1 kilogram of chicken breast meat or thigh
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
2 bay leaves
6 tablespoons grated coconut
600 milli liters of water
Seasoning for mashed:
10 grains of red onion
6 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons coriander seeds, toasted
1 teaspoon of pepper grains
20 grams of brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt or to taste
How to make chicken dishes obese:
- Cut chicken pieces to taste
